Refund policy

At GOGHOST, we value transparency and fairness. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1.
Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may be returned within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
All included components, hardware, and accessories must be present
The warranty seal must remain fully intact and untampered
The return request must be submitted and approved prior to shipping the item back
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

If a return is approved:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
Any outbound shipping costs originally covered by GOGHOST (including “free shipping” promotions) will be deducted from the refund
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected
GOGHOST reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
3.
If an item arrives damaged or contains a verified manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To qualify:
The issue must be reported within seven (7) days of deliveryClear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label must be providedThe warranty seal must remain intact
If the claim is approved, GOGHOST will offer one of the following:
A replacement item (subject to availability), or
A refund issued according to the circumstances of the claim
Products with removed or tampered warranty seals are not eligible for refund or replacement.
4.
Exchanges are offered only for verified manufacturing defects and are subject to product availability.
If a replacement item is unavailable, GOGHOST may issue store credit equal to the purchase value at its discretion.
5.
Products purchased during promotions, with discount codes, or marked as sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Exceptions apply only where required by applicable law or in cases of verified manufacturing defects upon arrival.
6.
Orders are typically processed quickly.
Orders may be canceled only if fulfillment has not yet begun
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
Customers must contact support immediately if requesting a cancellation.
7.
All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refund.
If a shipment is returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address entry, the customer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Reshipping fees (if applicable)
Any associated restocking fees
8.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or installed products
Items with removed warranty seals
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Custom or special-order items

By placing an order with GOGHOST, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not complete your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
