By purchasing or using any product sold under the GoGhost brand (“GoGhost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. GoGhost products are specialized automotive accessories intended exclusively for controlled, private environments including photography and videography, promotional or social media content, car shows, exhibitions, racetracks, motorsport venues, private property, and off-road use. GoGhost products are not designed, approved, or marketed for use on public roads where license plate visibility may be regulated by law. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, installation, and use of any GoGhost product complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. GoGhost makes no representation or guarantee regarding the legality of its products in any specific jurisdiction, and legal responsibility for compliance rests entirely with the customer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGhost shall not be liable for any penalties, fines, citations, enforcement actions, or legal consequences arising from improper or unlawful use of the product. All marketing materials, including images, videos, advertisements, and social media content published by GoGhost, are intended solely for promotional and illustrative purposes and may include stylized, simulated, or exaggerated scenarios for creative presentation. Such materials do not constitute legal advice, guarantees of legality, or endorsement of unlawful behavior. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle and license plate prior to purchase and for ensuring proper installation. GoGhost shall not be liable for any damage, malfunction, or issues resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or use outside intended parameters. GoGhost products are not security devices and do not guarantee protection against theft, vandalism, enforcement actions, or misuse. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to use the product responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with all applicable laws. Continued use of any GoGhost product constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates or modifications.
